A Bunch of Cuts- Nov 8th

by • November 1, 2013 • Blog, D&B, Events, Music, Preview

We’ve long raved about A Bunch of Cuts being our favourite d&b night in the capital, and when it’s put on by Calibre, dBridge, Doc Scott, Klute and Marcus Intalex that should hardly come as a surprise. Blending the perfect mix of stunning liquid and floor shaking bass lines, they represent exactly what we love about d&b, showcasing the variety of the genre while also edging towards the more melodic side, something all too often under represented on the dance floor.

Returning to the smoke, their next night touches down on November the 8th at Vauxhall’s Fire Club. Although it’s a club that we don’t believe does justice to the venue, it’s hard not to enjoy a lineup as strong as this. As well as the four aforementioned residents, their special guests this time round come in the form of Manchester’s tribal don Dub Phizix and Hertfordshire based master of dark, deep tech; Skeptical. SP, Justyce and DRS seem to have a well deserved monopoly on the finer side of d&b, so it’s only right that those three take to the mic to finish off another vibing lineup from A Bunch of Cuts.
