“The greatness of a man is not in how much wealth he acquires, but in his integrity and his ability to affect those around him positively”
― Bob Marley
Today marks what would have been the 67th birthday of perhaps the greatest musician to ever live, Robert Nesta Marley. Despite passing on May 11th, 1981, at the age of 36, his music can still be heard worldwide, generally accompanied by smiling faces and the pleasant waft of green permeating the air. Despite his life having ended so short, there’s a total of fifteen studio albums and four live albums to his name, an incredible feat even without considering how heartfelt every single lyric sounds. That made it hard to pick a tune to put here, but I’m going with one of my personal favourites, Brand New Second Hand. Today goes out to you Bob.
