Phlegm in New York

I’ve been really feeling the work of Sheffield based street artist Phlegm recently. In a black and white illustrative style, he paints these slightly creepy caped characters acting out all sorts of surreal situations. The details are incredible and, even without them, the visual concept and style’s really strong, it’s dark, edginess suits the streets perfectly making for some really interesting pieces.
