Frank Chapter 48: DOOM – KEO

Global youth culture channel Frank151 just released a really dope video that gives an insight into the famous MF Doom, particularly his legendary metal face mask. A mysterious character, Doom always wore a disguise on stage and, as mentioned in the video, this creates an interesting kind of multi personality effect where he can be a normal guy without the mask but as soon as he puts it on he’s completely switched into this rap superhero character.

The video features an interview with Blake Lethem (also known as Keo) who’s a designer, writer, MC and raconteur but most importantly, a friend of Dooms who designed the mask and gives perhaps the most interesting insight I’ve ever seen into one of raps greatest.
