Flexout Audio Dj Comp

You might remember Flexout Audio from the introduction interview and guest mix they did for us a little while ago (check it out here if not). Well, they’ve got a night at Brixton Jamm coming up on the 21st July and are giving away a prime time slot (2-3am) to one lucky Dj. Actually, scrap that, luck has nothing to do with it here. For once, this competition is judged solely on Dj ability and selection, rather than simply another cyberspace whoring contest.

All you’ve got to do for a chance to play as part of a hefty lineup on the same bill as Break, Need for Mirrors, dRamatic & dbAudio, Kenny Ken and Eleven8 amongst others is upload a 20 minute mix (minimum) to your Soundcloud page titled ‘Flexout DJ Competition Mix‘ and post the link on the Flexout Facebook page. Entries must be in by July 14th and can be dubstep, jungle, breaks, garage or whatever. The winning DJ will be playing in room 2 alongside Kenny Ken doing an old school jungle set and Eleven8 rolling out deep 130-140bpm, so bare in mind they’re looking for something a bit original but also that fits in with that nicely.
